good WOD: 5 rounds of: 3 reps of muscle-up 4 reps of squat clean at 88 lb, 5 reps of handstand push-up

Strength was a Bench Press Ladder (6-4-2-4-6 rep scheme) and it was hard! I liked approaching bench as more of an endurance challenge. The WOD was awesome - I did three pullups and three dips instead of muscleups as those are not quite in my repertoire yet!
