    Crunches: 21,21,15,15,22
    Push Ups: 10,12,9,9,13

      Hmm, interesting I'll have to look into it. The thing I saw was at a running store by me...but it was more of like a foot and a half long.

      Through out the day I had probably 5 8oz glasses of water, high fiber cereal for b-fast, salad, carrots, and baked lays for lunch. Then a Nuun after my run.
