21-15-9 pull-ups and thrusters. Didn't feel great, finished slow but my weights were far heavier (45 lb thrusters) than all the other women in the class.
WOD:
100 thrusters
2 min rest
100 box jumps
Time: 17:56 (9:10 box jumps, 2 min rest, 6:46 box jumps)

50-40-30-20-10 reps of double unders (subbed tuck jumps) and sit-ups. Felt great! Also did 75 hand release push-ups after. I <3 CrossFit!
