great Treadmill at the Y 4 mi 00:35 08:45 pace
This was the best run I have had in a LONG time. With the passing of a close friend this week and all of life on top of that, I haven't had much time to run. My legs were rested, my spirit was in n... read more

It was great. I'm already a little sore, but I think I'll get out a few more times this week. I was a little afraid it would feel so badly that I wouldn't love it anymore - but it wasn't too terrible.

alright Greenbelt Lunch Run 4 mi 00:39 09:45 pace
Felt fatigued, forced myself to run and pretty much felt tried and hungry on the run. Walked for about .1 miles due to restroom needs. It's a new ballgame but net-positive. I'm glad I got out today.

Sorry about Boise St. I was pulling for them to play for the national championship. Great bowl win though. How did they allow Nevada to beat them :-(
