great treadmill at tom's house 5 mi 00:44 08:48 pace

No idea how fast I actually ran my warm up of 11 or 12 minutes, so I've logged a mile at 9 min on top of my official 4 mile run at 35:05 and called it good. Major treadmill issues. Kept pushing wro... read more

It was great. I'm already a little sore, but I think I'll get out a few more times this week. I was a little afraid it would feel so badly that I wouldn't love it anymore - but it wasn't too terrible.

alright Greenbelt Lunch Run 4 mi 00:39 09:45 pace

Felt fatigued, forced myself to run and pretty much felt tried and hungry on the run. Walked for about .1 miles due to restroom needs. It's a new ballgame but net-positive. I'm glad I got out today.
