    Planned on stopping at 2 so I wouldn't overdo it, but I felt just fine and wanted to push myself. Slower than normal, but I justify it by the bike ride immediately preceding the run.

    Legs still sore from Tuesday, but had to get a workout in to try and loosen up the tight muscles. 10 miles was my goal, so I feel good about that.

    Rather than doing a preset course, I kind of made it up while I watched Rachael Ray. She makes salmon burgers look sooo yummy!

    Hard! Did the cycling bike at the gym and did the strength training video. Wow. Plus, I did it immediately after running 5 miles.
