    NEEDED to run. My knee hurt about half way through, but I just pushed on. Now stretching, stretching and ice :)

      I was good up until mile 10 and then my knee started hurting, I'm taking this to mean I'm not fully recovered from the marathon.

    ran to track, ran some 400's with push-ups and sit-ups in between, then ran back, knee hurt on the way back :(

    ran my 2 miles that was on the schedule, then walked 1, followed with abs and arms. One more 2-miler until 26.2 on Sunday!!!!

      Great job....It says 60% rain on Sunday now but I am sure that will change at least 20 times before then lol.
