    Hmmm...curious to see how I'll feel during & after our 10K. I really doubt 30 min. of daily ellipticalling has gotten me ready for the big run.

    Didn't love it today. I pulled a muscle in my chest climbing through the play equipment & lifting kids at Bonker's playplace yesterday. Very pathetic...but it was fun :)
