Great job Brianna. I know Plyos are not easy because I do it as part of P90X. How are things in Nutmeg state. I am originally from there and lived recently in Manchester.

I had to change my shirt after 5 miles on Sunday's long run. My two drenched shirts weighed almost 4 pounds when I got home. The humidity was just brutal!

Nice job getting in some TM miles. It's tough getting miles in in this heat. The treadmill's definitely a plus this time of year.

Zumba is a great class! I also LOVE Spinning :) I am going to purchase a camalbak hydration pack for when I run this time of year... I feel like it would be a HUGE help. I am going to start trying to get out there before work.. hopefully it is a little better!! :)

This heat is def taking it's toll on everyone. Running outside for me has been tough. Let's hope this heat wave subsides sooner than later!!!!

I have one of those for my long runs. When you get it, make sure you try it on, tighten it up, and run around in it. It may sound weird but trust me. There's nothing more irritating than an uncomfortable water pak when your hot and sweaty. It's definitely a life saver though.

ahh! I didnt even think of that! Thanks for that advice- I will definitely be running around dicks sporting goods looking silly haha.. but a GREAT point for sure! Especially when I go for my 9, or 10 mile runs, I'd end up getting so aggrivated! I can't wait to try it out though, because I'm sure you know what a PAIN it is to carry a water bottle for those long runs.... NOT fun :)
