Well, I drank a lot of beer last night....lots of really really delicious beer. Woke up parched with a headache. :-( Sucked it up, laced up and got out for my run.

Ran up through NW up Thurman and on to Leif Erickson trail. There weren't too many people out which was nice. It was peaceful, quiet, 60* and just the slightest misty rain for part of the run. Perfection. Overall, I actually felt good.
