Started the run at a nice easy 10 minute pace and picked up to 850 pace for the next 2 miles.

During my last mile I passed a girl going in the opposite direction. I crossed the street and started going in the same direction as her but on the opposite side of the street. She was going at a pretty good pace but I sped up and passed her. We both got stopped at a light but she snuck between a couple cars and kept going. Grrr... I picked up the pace, caught up to her and passed her again. I think I was going 645 pace for about a quarter mile. Left her in the dust!! Hehe! Average pace on last mile was 754. :-)

Now we'll see how my legs feel on my run this evening. It's a double day for H2C training!
