Yes. Most of us start too fast due to all the excitement. Start slower than you think you should. Oh... and have fun!!

Get Better:
Shin soreness is the worst! Good to give yourself time to let the soreness go away.

I swear I've tried everything to get rid of my shin splints, slowing my training, stretching, strength training, ice, different shoes, compression socks...You name it...They just won't go away!
