Lactate threshold run. First of two this training cycle. Wheels fell off a bit toward the end. I went out too fast, which is crazy because that never, ever happens!! Distance is approximate because my watch took a little while to sync.

1.75 mile warmup (I think)
4 x 1 mile in 6:03, 6:05, 5:58, 6:05, with 1ish minute rest (except when I was conveniently stuck at a stoplight) -- goal pace was between 6:00 and 6:15
10 easy miles (most between 8:30 and 9:00 pace)
4 miles in 25:45 -- goal pace was around 6:15, so I was a bit off
0.75 mile cooldown
