great Week 7: Long run 15.48 mi 01:45 06:46 pace

Going away for the weekend, so I did my long run this morning. Faster than my goal pace of 7:00/mile, but I felt good and wanted to push it, especially since I have a couple days to recover. (Also: I went out in like 6:15, as my watch was having trouble syncing, so I was already going too damn fast to begin with....)
