4 x 400 - 3 sets off with reduced recovery 60/45/30 sec. Then 6 x 100 off 100mtr jog recovery !! Ace ses but hard fucking works

Great session mate. Who did you run them with. Try 16 x 400 off a min in about the same time. It's a killer but the extra set obviously make it 4 miles. I could run one at that pace lol

That's a really great run. Don't go out to far though. 15 at 6.30 pace followed by football pitches pm will help you fly. Loving running though
