    The dreaded hill repeats! 2 mile warmup then 4 longer hill repeats then a 2 mile cooldown. Great weather this morning and pretty hard effort ( and 600 ft of elevation gain) made for a decent run.

      I know, i know. Its that crazy thing called life that gets in the way. BELIEVE me, i would always love to be outside! My wife works nights, so somebody has to be home in case the little one wakes up!! Its only a couple days a week, so i dont mind it too much.
