Another short tempo run. Goal was a 5 miler, 1.5 warm, 2 @ Goal Half Marathon Pace, 1.5 cool. I felt a little better than last week, probably could have done another 1/2 a mile. I'm adding a mile to next weeks run for 3 @ GHMP, slow and steady progression.
