Speedwork. Getting better. Same as last week 5 x 400 w/ 400 recoveries, 1.50 warm and 1.26 cool. Last week I needed a breather after # 3 and 4, this week I linked all 5 together, and dry heaved after 5. So I nailed the purpose. Next week I'll add 2 400's.
