I need to get serious about getting my running back on track, and it had to start somewhere now that these injuries have healed. So I went for an abbreviated tempo Thursday. 5 miles total including warm and cool (1.5 of each) and 2 miles at Goal Half Marathon Pace (GHMP). The first mile at GHMP was good, the second had a welcomed stop at a red light 1/2 a mile in, I was huffing hard. I'll get back, it will just take time.
