I usually only run 6 days in a row max, and yesterday was the first time doing that in like 6 months. Today marked day 7, a complete rarity for me. Legs were a bit fatigued as a result, but I managed. I was feeling good enough that I put a solid kick in during the last .30 and got my pace down into the 6:20's for a nice low 7's final mile. Splits: 7:54.5/8:05.6/7:58.3/7:58.8/7:18.8
