After yesterday's tightness, I was a little apprehensive about this before I started...but this run felt great! Took off from the office, all systems reported go so I ran what seemed comfortable. As I approached the mile mark I looked at the Garmin and was shocked at the pace... After that I had to work on keeping it slower and steady. Overall, I'm very pleased with this run, really need to take it easy the next few days for Ragnar. Splits: 7:34/8:33/8:32/8:20/0.60 @ 4:55
