      Thanks buddy. It feels good to run fast again. When school ends in 6 weeks, I hope to really focus on it and hopefully run a few PR's.

      Yes, I am out for next weekend. Cindy and I are doing the first VQ ride up in Madison, and I told her I'd do a lap (hopefully not much more) with her.

      I am signed up for HHH, and haven't rode outside yet this year...so I need to get some hills in or else I may be in bad shape for HHH.

    Felt surprisingly good, even after my ride this morning.
    Ran the first 3 hard in to a 20 mph headwind at 7:20 pace, then coasted home with the wind at my back.
