    Ran about 4 miles, walked 1/2 mile, ran about 4 miles.
    I miss running faster, but ultra training is all about slow miles and time on your feet. Boring.

    Legs are beat after Sat/Sun long runs and hills. Easy recovery run just to get the lactic acid out of the legs.

    Ran with Brannigan and Jeff.
    Best weather this entire summer, and nice to get some elevation and away from the air and water show traffic.
