Speedy one armed swimming. Every day closer to being completely healed.

Glad to see the rehab continue. For what it's worth, even with only one arm, you're ten times the swimmer I am.

    good Rehab's a b!tch 1500 yd 00:29 33:49 pace

This was 60% swimming (mostly 1-arm) and 40% kicking. Feels good to be in the pool, even if I'm just gimping along!

I missed your post about your broken arm(had to go back). Glad to see you are recovering though and getting back in the pool. I'm sure you are swimming faster than most people with only one arm and your kicking. Darn bikes, too many people I know injured from wipeouts. Maybe we should stick to aquathons. jk.

I'm in the same boat as you Brian (achillies) but it'll all come back. Don't rush things, let it heal =)

good Back in the pool! 1000 yd 00:20 35:29 pace

Mostly kicking with a kick board, and some 1-arm swimming. Broken arm rehab coming along, now in just a waterproof splint velcro'ed to my arm. Probably too soon to swim, but I really miss it!
