      Nice run!!! I have had terrible calf pain with pregnancy and running combined the best remedy for this nasty pain I have found: A golf ball (hurts like shit but works soooo good) and a heating pad after. Happy trails!

    Just an easy Vibram 10. Focused on running relaxed and just enjoying being outdoors. Legs still aren't responding too well, so this was nice just to go through the motions.

      Sorry to hear about your troubles. Sounds like you should invest in a trailer for your bike or a sidecar for your motorcycle. I found out I have my first cavity today and I might need a root canal so my financial situation looks bleak in the near future.
