good Mariemont Loop + 5 mi 00:42 08:23 pace

Ran my normal 4 mile Mariemont loop and added an easy mile on the end. I ran the 4 miles as an easy 2 at 17:30 and then came back the 2 miles in 14:14. I was hurting the last 1/2 mile a bit but to be expected as it is a gradual uphill. Ran a very easy mile on the end. Now looking forward to the Olympics starting.
