Overall I think this run went pretty well. With less than a mile to go I felt a pop in my right hamstring followed by some pain that forced me to slow down. I walked and stretched a bit and I think it will be alright. The weather was unusually warm and humid for mid-November, alot of wind too.

    What did you think of the cotton belt trail. I had intended to join you earlier in the week, but I realized I was going to be out late last night and decided to just get some rest instead. I ran my 9 from the house. It made for a boring run, but at least I got it in.

    The stretch I ran this morning was pretty nice. It will be better once all of the construction on it is completed, I had to take a couple of small detours. It's a nice, wide paved path, and the stretch up in Colleyville had markers every 1/2 mile. It's got some small hills but it's mostly flat. It's a nice option.
