Garmin data from yesterday's hill intervals. Elevation in green, speed in blue. The fourth interval is messed up because I hit stop instead of lap.

If I am reading this correctly it appears that you are faster on the downhills than on the uphills. Fascinating.

Yeah but it doesn't hurt the next day. And I really don't think it works. If you subject yourself to pain on purpose you should at least be allowed the privilege of feeling it the next. And I don't have a six pack. I want my money back!

Splits were better than expected:
mile 1: 9:55 (10:00 goal)
mile 2: 8:48 (9:05 goal)
