Run a minute; walk a minute. All while trying to keep my HR below 110-115, per Doctor's orders. Had to slow to 5.2 mph (11:32/mi) to keep my HR in check. This was my first HR monitored run since my 5K heat exhaustion 5 weeks ago seemed easy. HR Avg 108.


I actually had a faster pace than you for the first and only time:)
