Had a solid leg trainin' session this morning; starting to get those "he's crazy" stares during these workouts too. Great stuff.
Plate Loaded Squat Press (6 sets); Free Motion Leg Extensions (6 sets); Free Motion Seated Hamstring (6 sets); Seated Calf Raises (7 sets); Standing Calf Raises (7 sets; unweighted).
