Woke up around 2:15am and couldn't fall back asleep so I pulled out my bike trainer and cranked out some mileage while watching a couple of late show flicks.
Fell right back to sleep afterwards; works better than Sominex. :o)
40.0 miles @ 19.31 mph; 2:04:16 overall timing.
