The climb work helped me recover from my calf and ankle injuries, so I've kept it in my program. Plus, I have 48-floors of stairs to myself; no reason not to climb them. :o)
Great job by today's event competitors; lots of PR's (and near PR's) and congrats to Brandon for winnin' his half marathon today.
