      @Mike N--After 40, we've gotta be much more active and eat better than when you're a kid. We don't have the "wiggle room" they do. It's living or dying now; no middle ground. So I'm choosing "living."

      It is the same in Malaysia too. A few months back a National cyclist was knocked down by a car on one of the major highways. Having said that,there are definitely insufficient cycling lanes let alone conducive training ground for sports cyclists
