    Left calf was uber tight so I shortened the route but then seemed to run faster? had a 9:08 ending mile so that was weird, and cool.

    Took me a good mile to realize that I was going negative miles per hour. After that I was able to pick it up a bit. Weather wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

      I always keep a couple dollars in my running pouch just in case I need to buy water (or lemonade from some kids) so I originally thought it was mine, but it wasn't! Love getting paid to run.

    Two things I don't like about the handheld water bottles 1- It feels like I have a shake weight in my hand the entire time. 2- water gets instantly hot even stacked with ice cubes. Oh well.
