Hard - cold headwind for most of the time & i am not climbing very well this week after doing some heavy building work but hope to get some more kms in tomorrow!!

Good - legs a little tired after turbo training but the main purpose of the ride was to get some hill climbing in, which i did & it went well.

Ok - but tough on the return leg against a cold headwind. Feel like i am making progress now.
