Trying to work in a quote from the Iliad here but I'm having no luck. *DO* make sure you stretch your calves out regularly. Both after a run and in the days in between as the muscles rebuild. If those calf muscles get too tense and bunched up they'll put a lot of pressure on your achilles tendon.
