    My staples have been the bike and elliptical while the back has been hurt. The use of My Fitness Pal has also helped as I'm down 19 lbs in 4 weeks!! 14 more to go and then in maintenance mode!

    We did a great family hike on Mother's Day at The Pinnacles in Berea. Boys loved it and the day was perfect and the views we had were spectacular!!
