I don't know if I trust that pace. I had to do some pretty fancy math to figure that out. Here's why: I planned on doing some speed work since I was on a TM today. This was my plan
.5 miles at 8:10
2.5 at 7:20
.25 @ 6:40
.25 @ 6:00
Then I'd do some kind of repeat to end at 6. But the shiz went pear-shaped when, at mile 3.25 I tried to up my speed. The machine took over and put me somewhere around a 5 min mile on a 10% incline. I jumped off before getting rocketed into the wall behind me. Eventually climbed aboard a different machine and finished, but lots of counting was needed. so... there ya have it.
