good Knocked around the gym

found myself at the gym for the 2nd day in a row, so i tossed around a few dumbells trying not to look too out of place. Hit most of the same muscles i did yesterday with some lighter weights to stretch back out. All upper body again. Know its not the right way to lift, but its what i did. So there.
