Gym Day
Been pushing the legs hard lately, so put some pressure on the upper body for a bit. Pushed and pulled in random directions while I picked up heavy things and put them back down. Nice change of pace and it was quiet enough at the gym that I had a hard time drawing attention to myself. All limbs are adequately shaky. Fantastic feeling.


Lifting is so essential for runners and with all the miles you are racking up lately, a necessity. Proud of you for running through your strength routine solo, despite my gym mix-up!
