Been pushing the legs hard lately, so put some pressure on the upper body for a bit. Pushed and pulled in random directions while I picked up heavy things and put them back down. Nice change of pace and it was quiet enough at the gym that I had a hard time drawing attention to myself. All limbs are adequately shaky. Fantastic feeling.
