2 days agoI did this run right after my swim so maybe that is why I had a hard time with my heart rate. I was supposed to do at least half of it in Zone 2 and avoid 3 and above. Before I started my HR was at 42 or .6 of my MHR but at the first step I was at 3.... read more

4 days agoSheila, I use Jeff over at PRSfit and I love him. He is really reasonable and saved my butt when I was out for so long with the foot. With his help I didn't lose fitness at all. And he is really great with the workouts. He mixes things up for me and works my butt off.
