I am really enjoying the swims. The 2x500s were difficult but it was nice to know I could do them.
WU: 100 drill, 50 kick, 100 drill, 50 kick.
MS:
2 x 500 at hard pace (45”).
CD:
100 drill.
50 kick easy.
200 swim good form.
Total—1650



on your 500s are you saying 45 sec for a 50 or what? what does the (45") mean? If I'm interpreting right, that's dang fast (for me!). lol. I would die.

You have the most intense swim workouts of anyone I've seen on here - I like your approach, would think it makes it more interesting to mix up speeds and styles.

Sheila, that would be fast. No, the 45' is a recovery right after each 500. Thank God for that or I might not make it.
Greg, Jeff K. gives me these workouts. They are tough but you are right, they really make it go a lot faster. It is a lot more fun then slogging through the way I have been doing.
