I don't know where my head was today but I messed up the first set after the warmup. I looked at it and saw 12x25 so I did 4x25 before I figured it out. Then when I was doing the 75s I got all turned around and ended up having to do an extra 50 just to fix it. Oh well, more is better, right? Also, I am a happy happy girl right now. Just received my first letter from my cadet and he sounds awesome.

    Jodi, I get my workouts from Jeff Kline but I think there is a book of Master's Swimming workouts. I remember having one at some point in time anyway.

    Nice swim, Ann. I should try something other than a continuous swim at some point ... continuous swim is the "stuck on the TM" equivalent from the running world, I think. Glad you heard from Blaise! I am sure that is a relief.
