      I went for the first time last week, and I totally agree with you, going up is easy, but coming down is terrifying, the first time I came down I really didn't want to let go of the hold. The more I did it though, the more comfortable I felt coming down.

      Don't fee bad. Happens to all moms, I think. And strep is not something to stop you from staying healthy. Preventative workouts to keep the family healthy and your kid from a relapse.

    This is a kickass workout. The trick is to keep your hearts rate high the whole time do no socializing. Feel great now.

    This was decided into 5 minute increments. Between each increment I did 3 sets of weights and 3 sets of 50 abs before repeating it again. I will add the weights next.
