    Great ride. The pollen is still there but so much better than last week. It was warm and sunny and there were not nearly as many people out there today as on my last ride

      oh yes, same here, velocity depends on the trees that I pass, also colour of face ... but I still try to condition this issue.

  7. Can anybody say peer pressure? Thanks to Tom B. I have signed up for the Annapolis Ten Miler again. That race kicks my ass every year. It looks like maybe it is time for some payback.
