great Run and Lift before the Chiefs game. 7.1 mi 01:00 08:27 pace

Nice 7.2 miler since I couldn't make BAR tonight. I'm good with the time. Felt pretty decent at the end and could probably push myself a little more. Got 2 more light circuit sets in tonight as part of my ramp up to start the routine in earnest (which is 4 to 6 sets 3 times a week) next week. Feels good to start incorporating some full body workouts into my fitness routine.
