    Felt pretty good...didn't keep track of pace, but didn't go fast. Just starting to build my mileage back up. Didn't have a ton of time...workoput ends when kids' karate class ends.

    Cranked the incline so it was closer to stairs than elliptical. I'm finally starting to enjoy this machine a little bit.

      Actually, I've gotten off the P90X...I missed a day here, a couple days here and got off track...seems I need to make it a priority to stay with the daily program. That said, I'm getting back on the horse ASAP. And no, I don't expect to crush anyone on Saturday...it'll be a "fun run" for me as I don't expect a good time while running in a kilt. :)

      Nice! Don't kick it up too quickly--everyone I know who did that ended up injured. Usually a hip injury...blech.
