    I made it on time and was excited about trying this class. Those kettles are evil. Not gonna let them rule me! Determined to learn how to do it right! Thanks Coach for helping me out.

    The new (LIVESTRONG) bikes at GP are great for heart rate,miles, and calories unfortunately mine couldn't add resistance ugh!

    We started with a 1 mile run my time was 9'50. This outside SGT class used only body weight and finished with a sprint combo. It was so challenging and wonderful. Yes!

  14. A jammed middle finger during bear crawls in boot camp, kick in the face during burpees in boot camp. Boot camp is brutal.

    It started with a 1 mile run. I finished in under 10 and not dead last as usual. The class was all types of pushups, dips,jumps, v ups and dbs, with the music of 2chainz and Chuck Brown
