Little different this morning. Started each set with a body weight move for 60 seconds to fatigue the muscle then did a max weight move. So 60 second of back lunges, 10 reps of max weight back lunge, 60 seconds of squats, 10 reps max weight, 60 seconds pushups 10 reps chest press, 60 second pull up, 10 rep pull overs, 60 seconds chin ups, 10 reps one arm rows, 60 seconds bulgarian split squat, 10 reps step ups on my box max weight. Then did some smith machine work and tricep pull downs
