Knew I was tired starting out so maybe I was not in this one mentally, but heck...I am First 3 went pretty good...legs felt heel or achilles, hamstring at all! That was very nice. Averaged about an 8:30 heading up just cruising along..then I just ran out of steam...took a little walk break on mile 4 and breifly stopped in the shade of a tree until the bees were just too aggressive. Headed off and had decided to let myself take some walk breaks if needed. Ended up taking a short walk break on each mile on the way back. Rolling hills kept my heart rate up and the effort was there. It was kinda funny...legs were not heavy or anything just entire body was energy. Maybe the lack of sleep from travel, maybe a bit dehydrated...who knows. Didn't worry about it too my 7 in and happy everything felt pretty good despite the lack of energy.

    it was smart to just shut it down, you will be fine, get some more rest, you don't seem to need much so rest up and tomorrow you will doing star fish! (or whatever you do)

    NOT PREGNANT! LOL Thanks for the ideas Just needed a good nights sleep and some regular food. Travel just gets my body off its game for sure! Didn't pack my regular recovery drink or anything on my trip so I think it was just a combo of everything
