Home gym AX-1 total body fusion 00:40

Gald to be home after a very long day yesterday. Tired still as I couldn't sleep in as soon as the sun came up...slow going this morning. Figured I better get my weights in first as after my run I just may not have the energy the way I was feeling when I got up.
4 sets of each
deadlift with barbell
cable squat to standing row
inverted rows to failure straight legs
clean and press with the barbell. These were very hard today...think my shoulders are tired from the swimming still
burpee push up pyramid 10 push ups burpee, 9 push ups burpee, ect...until you get down to zero. Had to take a few 5 to 10 second breaks at first until the push ups number got under 7...lol
Got it done...now for a good carb up snack before heading out for my run
