Just a quick upper body workout...hit the back room hard
inch worms and plyo push ups 3 sets
DB row/kick backs, pull ups, lat pull downs 3 sets
Preacher DB curls, rotational shoulder presses 3 sets
tricep pull downs with the rope 3 sets

Now to get some pony time in before working on some projects
