Hit the weights since I was nice and warmed up.
Barbell hip thrust 3 sets
smith machine split squats 3 sets
Tricep pull downs 3 sets
seated rows 3 sets
pull ups...these were hard today after all those inverted rows...3 sets of 5
Finished with 10 min of core work
star fish 3 sets to failure
Jack knives 3 sets to failure
bench tuck crunches 3 sets of 20...pretty much failure at this point...lol
